What I Eat for Breakfast!
These healthy pancakes are easy to make and so good for you! The protein powder I used is chocolate but any flavor will do!
You Will Need:
- A blender bottle (You can just mix the ingredients if you don’t have a bottle)
- One scoop protein powder
- 1/4 cup egg whites
- 1/2 banana
- 1TBSP coconut water or almond milk
- Dash of cinnamon
- Small bowl
First, using a small bowl and fork, mash up the banana.
Next, add all of the ingredients into your blender bottle, including the mashed banana. Or, mix the ingredients together in a bowl.
Shake it all up!
The good thing about using the Blender Bottle is that you can pour directly from the bottle into the pan.
Pour your batter onto your pan.
Cook like a normal pancake and then you’re done!
And there’s your pancake! The chocolate and banana tastes great together.
